These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding understanding between Perfect Packer Mover, referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”, and the customer, referred to as “Customer”, “Client”, “You”, or “Your”, who accesses our website, requests a quotation, confirms a booking, makes payment, or uses our packing, moving, logistics, transportation, or relocation services.
By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including our Disclaimer, Copyright Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Liability & Insurance Policy, Vehicle Transportation Terms, Electronic Goods Exclusion, and Delhi jurisdiction clause.
1. Scope of Services
Perfect Packer Mover provides packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, local shifting, domestic relocation, office relocation, household shifting, bike transportation, car transportation, warehouse/storage assistance, and other relocation-related services as agreed with the customer at the time of booking.
The final scope of service shall depend on the quotation, booking confirmation, written communication, invoice, inventory details, service agreement, or mutually accepted terms between the customer and Perfect Packer Mover.
- Services are subject to vehicle availability, manpower availability, route feasibility, slot availability, and operational conditions.
- Any extra service not included in the original quotation may be charged separately.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe, illegal, restricted, or impractical conditions.
2. Quotations and Price Estimates
Any quotation provided by Perfect Packer Mover is based on the information supplied by the customer, including pickup location, destination location, goods volume, floor number, lift availability, manpower requirement, vehicle requirement, packing material requirement, shifting date, route distance, and other service details.
- The quotation is an estimate and may be revised after physical inspection, video survey, or actual assessment of goods.
- If the customer provides incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information, final charges may increase.
- Additional charges may apply for extra goods, extra manpower, additional floors, long carrying distance, dismantling/assembling, special packing, storage, waiting time, vehicle change, route change, or access restrictions.
- GST, toll tax, parking charges, state tax, insurance charges, warehouse charges, permit charges, challans, and other operational/statutory charges may be charged separately unless clearly included in writing.
3. Disclaimer
The information provided on this website is for general information and service guidance purposes only. Perfect Packer Mover shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, emotional, business, or financial loss arising from website use, reliance on website information, delay in service, third-party actions, customer-side permission failure, no-entry restrictions, road conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, service descriptions, images, graphics, icons, logos, layout, banners, buttons, website structure, design elements, code, branding, written content, business name, service information, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Perfect Packer Mover, unless otherwise stated.
No person, business, competitor, agency, website owner, or third party is allowed to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, sell, rent, reuse, or use any website content, design, material, image, logo, layout, text, code, service information, or branding for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without prior written permission from Perfect Packer Mover.

5. Booking Confirmation
A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the customer accepts the quotation and pays the required booking amount or advance payment as communicated by Perfect Packer Mover.
The customer must verify all booking details before confirmation, including name, contact number, pickup address, destination address, shifting date, goods list, service type, vehicle requirement, payment terms, and special instructions.
6. Modification After Booking
Any modification after booking, including change in shifting date, pickup address, delivery address, goods quantity, inventory volume, service type, vehicle requirement, packing requirement, manpower requirement, floor details, lift availability, or route, must be communicated to Perfect Packer Mover as early as possible.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing complete, correct, and updated information before booking and during the relocation process.
- The customer must disclose all goods/items to be shifted.
- The customer must provide an accurate inventory list and proper description of goods.
- The customer must inform the company about fragile, expensive, antique, electronic, liquid, glass, or sensitive items.
- The customer must ensure availability at pickup and delivery locations during the scheduled time.
- The customer must arrange society permissions, building permissions, RWA approvals, gate passes, entry permissions, parking permissions, lift permissions, and any local permissions required for loading/unloading.
- The customer must ensure that the goods are legally allowed to be transported.
- The customer must verify goods at the time of delivery before signing any delivery receipt, inventory sheet, POD, or completion confirmation.
8. No Entry Zone, Parking Permission and Challan Liability
The customer is responsible for informing Perfect Packer Mover in advance about any no-entry restrictions, society restrictions, traffic restrictions, road restrictions, local authority rules, market-entry restrictions, commercial vehicle restrictions, time restrictions, parking restrictions, or loading/unloading restrictions at pickup and delivery locations.
9. Packing and Handling of Goods
Perfect Packer Mover takes reasonable care while packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and handling goods. However, relocation involves movement, lifting, road transportation, loading/unloading, and handling risks.
- Fragile items must be clearly declared by the customer before packing.
- Items packed by the customer are transported at the customer’s own risk.
- Perfect Packer Mover shall not be responsible for damage due to weak furniture condition, old items, termite-damaged goods, loose fittings, pre-existing damage, rust, leakage, internal electronic faults, or improper packing done by the customer.
- The customer should supervise packing and loading or appoint an authorized person to do so.
10. Prohibited and Restricted Items
The customer must not include illegal, dangerous, explosive, flammable, perishable, restricted, or prohibited items in the goods handed over for shifting.
Perfect Packer Mover does not accept responsibility to transport, pack, handle, protect, or insure high-value personal belongings, personal records, or prohibited/restricted items. Customers are strictly advised to keep the following items in their own personal custody.

The company completely disclaims liability for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of the above items.
11. Personal Documents, Jewellery and Valuable Items
Perfect Packer Mover does not recommend transporting personal documents, jewellery, cash, precious metals, ornaments, important certificates, identity documents, passports, banking documents, legal documents, laptops containing confidential data, or other high-value personal items through regular household goods transportation.
If the customer chooses to include such items despite this condition, it shall be entirely at the customer’s own risk. The company shall not be responsible for any claim related to loss, theft, shortage, damage, misplacement, or non-delivery of such items.
12. Loading, Unloading and Delivery
Loading and unloading will be carried out as per the agreed service scope. Any additional work not included in the original quotation may be chargeable.
- Long-distance carrying from vehicle to house/building may attract extra charges.
- Extra charges may apply if lift is unavailable, not working, restricted, or not permitted for shifting goods.
- Additional labour charges may apply for higher floors, narrow stairs, heavy items, large furniture, or special handling.
- Waiting charges may apply if the customer, society, building, or receiving party causes delay at pickup or delivery location.
13. Transit Time and Delivery Delay
Delivery timelines shared by Perfect Packer Mover are estimated timelines and may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle breakdown, route restrictions, government restrictions, natural calamities, strikes, accidents, local disturbances, administrative checks, or other circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.
Perfect Packer Mover shall not be liable for indirect loss, mental harassment, business loss, rental loss, hotel stay, salary loss, opportunity loss, or any consequential loss due to delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
14. Payment Terms
The customer agrees to make payments as per the quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, or payment schedule communicated by Perfect Packer Mover.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm booking.
- Balance payment must be made before unloading or at the time decided by the company.
- Perfect Packer Mover reserves the right to hold delivery/unloading in case of non-payment, partial payment, payment dispute, or payment failure.
- All applicable taxes, toll charges, parking charges, challans, state taxes, permit charges, insurance charges, and extra service charges shall be payable by the customer unless specifically included in writing.
15. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our scheduling, vehicle allocation, manpower planning, packing material arrangement, and operational workflow require strict coordination. Therefore, cancellations may result in operational and commercial costs.
15.1 Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If the customer cancels the booking within 24 hours of booking confirmation, refund eligibility may be considered after deducting administrative charges, payment gateway charges, survey charges, packing material charges, or any operational expenses already incurred by the company.
15.2 No Refund After 24 Hours
15.3 Cancellation on Moving Date
If the customer cancels the booking on the scheduled moving date, after vehicle dispatch, after manpower allocation, after packing material arrangement, or after operational preparation, no refund shall be issued. Additional charges may also apply for vehicle movement, labour cost, packing material, waiting time, or other operational expenses.
15.4 Rescheduling of Movement
The customer may request rescheduling of the movement. Rescheduling shall be subject to slot availability, vehicle availability, manpower availability, route feasibility, and operational approval by Perfect Packer Mover.
Extra charges may apply if the rescheduled date falls on peak days, month-end dates, weekends, festive days, national holidays, restricted dates, or high-demand periods. Peak demand may generally include dates around the end and beginning of a month.
15.5 No Refund for Customer-Side Delay or Permission Failure
No refund shall be applicable if the service is delayed, cancelled, or affected due to customer-side reasons including incorrect address, non-availability of customer, society permission failure, RWA restriction, no-entry restriction, parking permission failure, lift restriction, payment delay, or failure to provide required access.
16. Liability & Insurance Policy
Perfect Packer Mover takes reasonable precautions to ensure safe handling and transportation of goods. However, relocation services involve inherent risks such as handling risk, road risk, transit risk, weather risk, loading/unloading risk, and third-party risk.
16.1 Optional Transit Insurance / Risk Coverage
Transit insurance or risk coverage is optional and is provided only if requested by the customer and accepted by the company or insurance provider. Insurance charges, if applicable, shall be payable separately unless specifically mentioned in writing.
If the customer does not opt for insurance or risk coverage, any claim for damage, loss, accident, theft, fire, natural calamity, or transit-related risk may not be accepted.
16.2 Limited Liability
In the absence of valid insurance or risk coverage, Perfect Packer Mover’s liability shall be limited and subject to the terms agreed in writing at the time of booking. The company shall not be liable for indirect, emotional, sentimental, business, punitive, or consequential losses.
16.3 Claim Baseline and Inventory Verification
The packing list, inventory sheet, and declared values provided by the customer shall serve as the baseline for any claim consideration. No claim shall be entertained for goods omitted from the verified inventory list or goods not declared before packing/loading.
16.4 Damage Recording and Claim Timeline
- Any visible damage, shortage, or loss must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
- Damage remarks must be clearly recorded in writing on the delivery receipt, inventory sheet, POD, or goods receiving copy before signing.
- If the customer signs the delivery acknowledgement without written objection, it shall be treated as confirmation that goods were received in acceptable condition.
- Any damage claim must be submitted in writing with photographs, videos, invoice, inventory sheet, and supporting documents within 72 hours of delivery.
- For bike/car transportation, visible transit damage must be reported with photographs within 12 hours of delivery.
- Claims reported after the above timelines may be rejected.
16.5 Exclusions from Liability
Perfect Packer Mover shall not be liable for loss or damage caused due to:
- Natural calamities, flood, rain, earthquake, storm, fire, accident, riots, strikes, road blockage, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
- Pre-existing damage, old/weak furniture, termite-damaged items, loose fittings, rust, leakage, internal malfunction, or manufacturing defects.
- Items packed by the customer or goods not declared during booking.
- Cash, jewellery, documents, valuables, antiques, collectibles, confidential files, or personal belongings.
- Glass items, marble items, plants, liquids, fragile items, or electronic internal faults unless specifically declared and accepted in writing.
- Delay due to traffic, weather, vehicle breakdown, road conditions, route diversion, or government restrictions.
- Damage caused due to customer’s instructions, customer-side labour, society restrictions, or lack of proper access.
- Unpacking or unloading done independently by the customer without company supervision.
16.6 Insurance Claim Processing
If transit insurance is opted by the customer, claim approval, claim amount, documentation, survey, processing time, and settlement shall be subject to the insurance provider’s terms and conditions. Perfect Packer Mover may assist in claim coordination but shall not guarantee claim approval, claim amount, or claim settlement timeline.
17. Inventory and Goods Verification
The customer should verify the inventory list at the time of packing/loading and again at the time of delivery. Any missing or damaged item should be reported before signing the delivery receipt or service completion acknowledgement.
Once the customer signs the delivery acknowledgement, inventory sheet, POD, or service completion confirmation without written objection, it shall be considered that the goods have been received in acceptable condition.
18. Storage and Warehouse Terms
If storage or warehouse service is requested, separate storage charges may apply. The customer must pay storage charges, handling charges, loading/unloading charges, insurance charges, and other applicable charges as communicated by the company.
Perfect Packer Mover shall not be responsible for goods kept in storage beyond the agreed period due to customer-side delay, non-payment, non-availability, or failure to provide delivery instructions.
19. Vehicle Transportation Terms
For bike or car transportation, the customer must remove all personal belongings, documents, loose accessories, valuable items, fuel beyond safe limits, and unauthorized items from the vehicle before handover.
- The customer must provide valid vehicle documents if required.
- Any pre-existing scratches, dents, mechanical faults, or damages should be recorded before handover.
- Perfect Packer Mover shall not be liable for internal mechanical/electrical faults, battery issues, fuel leakage, tyre issues, or pre-existing damage.
- Delivery timelines for vehicles are estimated and may vary due to route, carrier availability, traffic, weather, or operational factors.
20. Car & Bike Internal Faults, Dispatch Condition and Fuel Terms
In case of car, bike, scooter, or any other vehicle transportation, only visible external transit damage, if any, shall be considered subject to proper written reporting at the time of delivery. Perfect Packer Mover shall not be liable for any internal, hidden, electrical, technical, or mechanical fault in the vehicle.
- Only exterior visible damages may be considered, subject to written reporting at the time of delivery.
- No claim shall be accepted for any internal or mechanical fault in the vehicle.
- Perfect Packer Mover shall not be liable for any defect or damage to internal vehicle parts including but not limited to engine, battery, A.C. system, audio player, clutch, gearbox, suspension, ECU, wiring, sensors, brakes, self-start system, or any electrical/electronic component.
- The company is not technically qualified to verify, assess, or certify the internal running condition, mechanical condition, electrical condition, or functional status of the vehicle at the time of pickup or delivery.
- Vehicles are transported at the owner’s risk unless separate transit insurance or risk coverage is specifically requested, paid for, and accepted in writing.
- The customer is advised to obtain proper insurance cover for all vehicle transit risks. In case of any unforeseen incident, accident, or transit-related damage, the customer shall directly pursue the claim with the insurance company or underwriter.
- If the vehicle is booked under owner’s risk, Perfect Packer Mover may only issue a damage confirmation or supporting document, if applicable, but shall not be directly liable for settlement of insurance claims.
- The customer must ensure that the vehicle is handed over with no fuel at the time of dispatch or only the minimum fuel level allowed as per company safety instructions. The company shall not be responsible for any fuel shortage, fuel leakage, fuel evaporation, or fuel-related issue during transportation.
- The customer must remove all loose accessories, valuables, documents, helmets, chargers, tools, electronic gadgets, and personal belongings from the vehicle before handover.
- Pre-existing scratches, dents, mechanical defects, electrical faults, starting issues, battery issues, or performance issues should be checked and recorded by the customer before dispatch.
- Internal damage or malfunction of any car, bike, electronic, or electric component shall not be considered as a valid claim unless supported by visible external transit damage recorded at the time of delivery.
21. Electronic Goods, Internal Processing Units, Fridge and AC Gas Exclusion
In case of transportation of electronic, electrical, or appliance goods, Perfect Packer Mover shall not be liable for internal technical faults, internal processing unit issues, gas-related issues, cooling issues, or performance-related defects that are not visibly caused by external transit damage.
- No claim shall be accepted for internal processing unit defects in electronic or electrical goods.
- The company shall not be liable for faults in motherboard, circuit board, PCB, internal wiring, software, display function, compressor, motor, cooling unit, sensor, remote function, or other internal operating components.
- For refrigerators, deep freezers, coolers, or similar appliances, cooling issues, compressor faults, internal gas leakage, gas reduction, or gas performance issues shall not be considered as transit damage.
- For air conditioners, no claim shall be accepted for internal unit faults, PCB issues, compressor defects, cooling defects, AC gas leakage, AC gas reduction, installation issues, or performance issues after fitting.
- For televisions, computers, laptops, washing machines, microwaves, speakers, inverters, RO machines, and other electronics, only visible external physical damage may be considered if properly reported at the time of delivery.
- Internal malfunction detected after installation, testing, servicing, refitting, or later use shall not be treated as transit damage unless clearly supported by visible external damage recorded at delivery time.
- If electronic goods, appliances, fridge, AC, or similar items are packed by the customer or are old, used, delicate, repaired, already defective, or previously serviced, they shall be transported entirely at the customer’s own risk.
- Perfect Packer Mover shall not be responsible for gas refilling, installation, dismantling errors by third-party technicians, compressor testing, cooling performance, or internal electrical/electronic functionality after delivery.
22. Website Use Terms
By using our website, you agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content, use the website for unlawful activities, interfere with website functionality, or use the website in a manner that may harm the company or other users.
23. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, maps, payment gateways, WhatsApp, analytics tools, hosting providers, or other external services. Perfect Packer Mover is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, policies, actions, errors, or service failures of third-party platforms.
24. Force Majeure
Perfect Packer Mover shall not be liable for delay, failure, damage, or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, accident, strike, riot, pandemic, lockdown, government restriction, road blockage, vehicle breakdown, war, civil disturbance, administrative checks, or any other unavoidable event.
25. Right to Refuse Service
Perfect Packer Mover reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or discontinue service if the customer provides false information, misbehaves with staff, refuses payment, includes prohibited goods, violates law, fails to provide required permissions, creates unsafe working conditions, or requests any illegal/impractical service.
26. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Perfect Packer Mover reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes means the customer accepts the revised terms.
27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, website usage, booking, quotation, payment, transportation, relocation services, cancellation, refund, liability, insurance, claims, and all service-related dealings shall be governed by the laws of India.
